- Turn on the TV with the Samsung remote (red power button)
- Press the Netflix button on the remote (it's red)
- Wait for Netflix to load (about 10 seconds)
- Use arrow keys to browse
- Press OK/Enter to select something to watch
- Find the Netflix app (red N icon)
- Tap to open it
- Choose your profile (your name)
- Browse or search for shows
- Tap what you want to watch
- Turn on the TV
- Press Home button on remote
- Find Disney+ app (blue castle icon)
- Click OK to open
- Choose your profile and browse

On any device, go to: movies.speicher.family

Sign in:

Browse movies or use search

Click on a movie to play
- Username: Your first name
- Password: (ask Dad if you forgot)
- Check if internet is working (try another app)
- Exit Netflix (press Back button)
- Try again
- If still broken, unplug TV for 30 seconds
- Too many people using internet
- Try lowering quality in settings
- Or wait a few minutes
- Check between couch cushions
- Look on coffee table
- There's a backup remote in TV stand drawer
- Look for profile icon (usually top right)
- Click it and switch to yours
- Each person has their own to keep recommendations separate
- Kids profiles have age-appropriate content only
- Download for trips: In Netflix/Disney+ apps, look for download button
- Continue watching: Your shows save where you stopped
- Parental controls: Already set up - kids can't access adult content
- Can't find a specific show? Text Dad
- App not working? Take a photo of the error
