Sabnzbd is our Usenet download client. It handles the actual downloading of media files when Sonarr, Radarr, or Lidarr find something to grab.
You don't interact with Sabnzbd directly. When you request something in Jellyseerr, Sabnzbd handles the download automatically behind the scenes.
Sabnzbd is the download engine in our Media Pipeline:
Sonarr/Radarr → Sabnzbd (downloads here) → Organized Library → Jellyfin
