Prowlarr is our indexer manager. It centralizes the configuration of content sources for Sonarr, Radarr, and Lidarr, so we only need to configure indexers once.
You don't - Prowlarr is infrastructure that supports the other *arr apps. It's what allows Sonarr/Radarr/Lidarr to find content when you make requests.
Prowlarr provides indexers to our Media Pipeline:
Prowlarr (indexers) → Sonarr/Radarr/Lidarr → Downloads
