MeTube is a YouTube video downloader. It lets you save videos from YouTube and other sites for offline viewing or archival.
- Download YouTube videos for offline viewing
- Save videos from other supported sites
- Choose video quality (up to 4K)
- Download audio only (for music/podcasts)
- Queue multiple downloads
- Go to metube.speicher.family
- Copy the URL of the video you want to download
- Paste the URL into MeTube
- Select quality options if desired
- Click "Add" to start the download
- Saving tutorials for offline reference
- Archiving content that might be removed
- Downloading music videos for the collection
- Saving educational content for Violet
Downloaded videos are saved to the NAS. Ask Matt if you need help finding or moving downloaded files.
MeTube supports YouTube and many other video sites. If you're unsure if a site works, just try pasting the URL.
