iPhone: Settings → Wi-Fi → (i) next to network → Password

Mac: Keychain Access app
- Check location: Might be too far from router
- Refresh list: Pull down or tap refresh
- Toggle WiFi: Turn off, wait 5 seconds, turn on
- Restart device: Often fixes issues
- Check caps lock: Passwords are case-sensitive
- No spaces: Don't add spaces before/after
- Latest password: We change it occasionally
- Try guest network: As temporary solution

Test another device: Is internet working?

Forget and rejoin:
- Go to WiFi settings
- Tap (i) or gear next to network
- Choose "Forget Network"
- Reconnect with password

Check signal strength:

Too many devices: Disconnect unused devices

Restart router: Unplug 30 seconds

Time of day: Evenings can be slower
- 3 bars = good
- 2 bars = okay
- 1 bar = poor (move closer)

Solutions:
- Move closer to router
- Use WiFi extender
- Consider mesh system upgrade
- Router location: Central, elevated, open area
- Avoid interference: Away from microwave, baby monitors
- Update devices: Keep software current
- Limit devices: Disconnect what you're not using
- Don't share main password with strangers
- Use guest network for visitors
- Change password if compromised
- Update router firmware regularly
- Unexpected devices on network
